BOND TEAM BIOS

Raymond Nutall, P.E.

Raymond Nutall will serve as Bond Administrator for Renovations. He brings 32 years of engineering experience to this position. From 2012-2014 he served as the director of facility engineering and project management for the Texas Medical Center. From 2011-2012 he served as the deputy director of planning, design, construction and utilities for the capital improvement project of the Louis Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans. Raymond has also served as a managing engineer for the Houston Airport System and an engineer for Brown & Root, Hyde Consultants and Union Carbide Corporation. Raymond received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Prairie View A&M University.


Romano Jundos

Romano Jundos will serve as the Bond Administrator for New Construction. He has 19 years of architectural experience. He joins Aldine ISD after serving as a project manager for Charming Charlie from 2015-2016. From 2009-2015 he served as a project manager for Yogurtland Franchising Inc. and from 2006-2009 he served as the construction superintendent for New Creation Builders. From 1997-2006 he served as a project manager/architect for J-Rom Construction Co. He also has experience as a construction manager, warehousing manager, restaurateur, and project coordinator. He received his bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Santos Tomas in Manila, Philippines.


William 'Bill' Herron

William Herron will serve as the Bond Administrator for Technology. He brings 30 years of experience of project management to his new position with Aldine ISD. From 2012-2014, he served as a Project Procurement Manager for Jacobs Engineering. From 2008-2011, he served as the Principal Procurement Manager for WorleyParsons and from 1984-2008 he served as a Category Manager for Chevron/Texaco. During his time with Chevron/Texaco, he also served as a Corporate Global Procurement Category Manager, as an Enterprise Application Integration Team Leader and as an IT Project and e-business Manager. He received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of California State University and his MBA from the University of Houston. Mr. Herron is a military veteran having served in the U.S. Navy.


Veronika Norris

Veronika Norris will serve as the Bond Accountant. She has 14 years of accounting experience. She joined Aldine ISD in June of 2014 as a construction accountant with the Facilities Planning and Construction Department. From 2007-2014 she served as the global intercompany accountant and compliance lead and senior internal controls analyst for Weatherford International, Inc. From 2004-2007 she served as a senior accountant for the Memphis Grizzlies and from 2001-2004 she served as an internal auditor for Harrah’s Entertainment in Tunica, MS. She received her bachelor’s degree in finance from Delta State University.
