Students and parents across Aldine ISD received a leg up on their future by meeting with representatives from institutions of higher learning during Aldine ISD’s annual College Night, held Wednesday, Oct. 11 at the M.O. Campbell Educational Center.

The annual after-school event was a one-stop shop to gather advice, tips and information on post-high school education and training. Students and their families learned about the college application process and requirements for admission. They were able to explore college options and offerings, financial commitment and much more. The District’s Guidance and Counseling Department offered a financial application workshop. Recruiters from 135 colleges, military academies/service branches, trade schools and universities were represented at the event. More than 100 AISD students and parents took part in College Night.
