Hambrick Middle LOTC Cadets Place at District Meet
On Saturday, Nov. 9, Hambrick Middle School’s LOTC (Leadership Officer Training Corps) cadets, led my Master Sergeant (MSG) Godwin Patterson, performed in several events at the Plummer Middle School Drill Competition. Hambrick Middle cadets placed in each of the four events in which they competed. The color guard team placed first and second in their events, the drill team placed second and third in their competitions, the fitness team placed third while the step team placed third.
Patterson stated, “I’m proud of our cadets for giving their best effort and representing Hambrick Middle with dignity and respect.”
A special thanks goes out to MacArthur High School JROTC (Junior Officer Training Corps) cadets Anaruth Verdeja, Mano Sandoval, Ana Rocha and Thalía Salinas who assisted Patterson and the Hambrick Middle cadets.
