Former Orange Grove Principal Betty Morrow Honored

Former Orange Grove Elementary principal Betty Morrow was awarded the Strategic Partners Award for Education by the East Aldine District (EAD) at the fourth annual Strategic Partners Award ceremony on Tuesday, Dec. 3.

She was honored as EAD’s 2013-14 leader in education for making a difference in the community through her leadership at Orange Grove Elementary School and for her work with the school’s business partners and community partners during her 30 years at the school.

Aldine ISD Trustees Steve Mead and Dr. Alton Smith attended the event to show their support for Morrow’s 30-years of service to the Orange Grove Elementary community.
