Aldine High Vaquera Dance Team Wins Best in Class

The Aldine High School Vaquera Dance Team was named Best in Class Medium Champion at the Champions West Houston State Classic Dance/Drill Team Competition held at Tompkins High School.

The team, under the direction of Denise Stanley-Van Gils and assistant Krissy López, competed against teams from Dobie, A & M Consolidated, Langham Creek, Deer Park, Alief Taylor, South Houston, Travis, Cypress Creek, Sam Rayburn, and Crosby.

Teams competed in small, medium, large and super large divisions.
