Nimitz High School Athletes Earn College Scholarships

Nimitz High School athletes received scholarships to continue their academic and athletic careers beyond high school. Football players Jarett Thomas and Daniel Hampton signed, respectively, with Missouri Valley College (MO) and Bacone College (OK). Basketball player A’lachanon King signed with Cisco College (TX). And soccer player José Váquez signed with Paris Junior College (TX). Their family members and Principal Dr. Crystal Watson joined the players during a Signing Day ceremony at the campus.
