Former Eisenhower Eagle Fred Miller cited for his three Super Bowl appearances

fred-millerAs the NFL marks its 50th Super Bowl, the NFL is celebrating the players and coaches and their high schools and communities that have impacted the game. Former NFL standout Fred Miller, a 1991 graduate of Eisenhower High School, was a 13-year NFL veteran.

Miller, who played offensive tackle, played in three Super Bowls, two with the St. Louis Rams (2000 and 2002) and one with the Chicago Bears (2007). Miller was part of the 1999 Rams team that defeated the Tennessee Titans in the 2000 Super Bowl in Atlanta.

Eisenhower High Principal Ben Ibarra recently received a commemorative Wilson Golden Football in celebration of the Miller’s three Super Bowl appearances.
