3 Aldine ISD Students to Have Their Gold Key Artworks on Display at U.S. Department of Education
The pieces will be on exhibit at the national office from Sept. 1 through Oct. 31, 2017.

[dropcap color=”#888″ type=”square”]A[/dropcap] total of thirty-one pieces of artwork from Harris County will be on exhibit at the U.S. Department of Education. Three of those pieces are from Aldine ISD students.

The USDE features a showcase highlighting the impressive works by the students in one region who received [icons icon_name=”icon-external-link” icon_size=”14px”]Gold Keys in the 2017 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards.
The U.S. Department of Education selected the Harris County Department of Education (HCDE) Regional Scholastic Art and Writing Awards affiliation for this exhibit. It will run from Sept. 1 through Oct. 31.

The [icons icon_name=”icon-external-link” icon_size=”14px”]Alliance for Young Artists and Writers named Freddy a 2017 National Silver Key Winner earlier this spring.
The students whose works have been selected have been invited to attend a ceremony set for September 15 at the USDE.
