Former Houston Texan Wade Smith Visits Conley Elementary to Read to Students
On Tuesday, October 29, former Houston Texans football player Wade Smith visited Conley Elementary in Aldine ISD. Smith visited the kindergarten and first-grade classes to read his book: Smitty Tackles Bullying. Smith also hosted an assembly for the older grade levels at Conley Elementary. At the assembly, he asked students to read books aloud to one another, their younger siblings, teachers, and parents.
