Let’s Stay In Touch! Aldine ISD Asks Families to Ensure They Have a HAC Account
Disponible en:
Why? Staying connected ensures the district can notify families if there is an emergency, school closure, or a late start. A Home Access Center account also allows families to access student information online.
Having an email registered in the district’s system also ensures families receive the latest district and school news. Every student needs to have at least one parent or legal guardian with a HAC account. To create a one, the child’s parent or legal guardian will need to provide a valid email address. Here are three methods to create a HAC account:
Method 1: Home Access Center (HAC)
Aldine ISD uses a student information system known as eSchool used by schools to maintain student data across the district and is the single source of student information. To log in to the system, you must have a Username and Password that you create based on the email address you supplied the district online by registering a Home Access Center account or your student’s school.
If you have a HAC account, please go to the HAC site and use the My Account option to view your account data. Your account data includes your User Name, address, email address, and the last date and time you
accessed the Home Access Center. Additionally, you can change your password and enter challenge questions to be used if you forget your username or password.- If you do not have a HAC account, please register today by going to AldineISD.org/HAC
- If you need assistance, please contact [email protected]
Why have a HAC account?
The Home Access Center is an online information system that allows parents/guardians and secondary students access to view student information such as:
-
- Daily Summary of Attendance, Schedule, Discipline Incidents, Classwork, and Student Performance
- View Assignments Anytime, Anywhere
- Current Class Schedule and Dropped Classes
- Student Information, Emergency Contacts, and Calendars
- Discipline Records
- Report Cards
- Teacher Alerts, Notes, and Comments
- Teacher Contact Information

Method 2: Contact or Visit Your Child’s Assigned School
Call your child’s campus to let the personnel know if you have a change in your address, phone number, or email. Click here to see a list with links to all the district’s schools. The information includes campus phone numbers and addresses. If you need a HAC account but need assistance, let the school personnel know.
Method 3: Contact Student Services
Contact the Student Services Department by calling (281) 985-6218. Let the personnel know if you have a change in your address, phone number, or email. If you need a HAC account but need assistance, let the school personnel know.
