Groundhog Job Shadow Day is a statewide initiative designed to provide high school students with an immersive, behind-the-scenes look at hotel operations while increasing awareness of career pathways within the hospitality industry. Through this experience, students have the opportunity to job shadow hotel professionals, observe daily operations, and gain insight into real-world workplace expectations.
