COVID-19 Vaccine Event on Monday, April 4 at M.O. Campbell Educational Center

Individuals that register and receive their vaccine dose earn a chance to win a Playstation 5 and much more!

Aldine ISD has partnered with Custom Care Pharmacy to provide COVID-19 vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J) for Aldine ISD students, staff members, and community members ages five and up on Monday, April 4, 2022, at M. O. Campbell Educational Center, 1865 Aldine Bender, Houston, TX 77032, from 3 p.m.-7 p.m.

Additionally, first and second doses and booster shots (all brands) will be administered to anyone who would like one. Parents/legal guardians will need to be present with students under 18 to consent.

Each student who gets a vaccine will qualify for a drawing to win an iPad, Play Station 5, gift cards, and many other prizes. Students will receive an additional ticket for each family member or friend who gets vaccinated.

You must register each child individually. Please have your vaccine card, ID badge (students and staff), other appropriate ID, and your insurance card, if available, at your appointment. A birth certificate, social security card/number, insurance card, or a school shot record will be required for proof of age for students under age 18.
