Grantham Academy Students Shine at Regional Business Professionals of America Competition

The national organization develops students’ professionalism and leadership skills to succeed.

[dropcap color=”#888″ type=”square”]G[/dropcap]rantham Academy students shined at the regional [icons icon_name=”icon-external-link” icon_size=”14px”]Business Professionals of America (BPA) competition.

Business Professionals of America is a career and technical student organization. BPA is for students and leaders in the community. It aims to develop leadership, academic and technological skills in the workplace.

Qualifying students will compete at the state competition as primary or alternate representatives. It will take place in Corpus Christi from March 2-5.

Winners at Regionals

1st Place in Extemporaneous Speech — Noriah Durón
2nd Place in Keyboarding Production — Anthony Abarca
2nd Place in Presentation Management Team — Alan Álvarez & Kettner Valladares
2nd Place in Entrepreneurship Exploration — Zitlali Valdez
3rd Place in Financial Literacy — Alan Álvarez
4th Place in Graphic Design Promotion — Victoria Cubero
5th Place in Introduction to Video Production Team — Anthony Abarca, Zitlali Valdez & Noriah Durón
