Nimitz High Girls Attend NASA Career Day

Recently 23 female students from Nimitz High School attended NASA Career Day at the Johnson Space Center. NASA hosted the event designed to expose more girls to careers in math and science. The students first saw a presentation about the Mars Rover. Afterwards they attended breakout sessions, which provided hands on activities. They learned about careers in engineering, Web design and applications, architecture and robotics.
