MacArthur Volleyball Players Earn Academic Honors

MacArthur High School volleyball players Dariane Jackson, left, and Jacquelyne Quinterro, right, recently received all-state academic recognition from the Texas Girls Coaches Association (TGCA).

To earn the recognition, Jackson and Quinterro had to be graduating seniors and members of the school’s varsity volleyball squad, have an overall GPA of 94 or above from their freshman year through their junior years and have good moral character.

Both Jackson and Quinterro were defensive specialists for the Lady Generals. Their head coach is Lynda Eastland.
