Gray Elementary School Hosts ‘Night at the Museum’
Disponible en:
Gray Elementary School made social studies exciting for students by recently hosting a Night at the Museum. The campus transformed the cafeteria into a “museum” where students exhibited their projects. The school invited students and families to visit and view the projects.
Students from kindergarten through second grade held their Night of the Museum earlier in the spring semester. These young creative thinkers worked on various topics for their projects such as timelines, flags, famous historical people, and Black History Month. Third and fourth graders also celebrated their own Night of the Museum in the fall semester. Their projects covered a wide range of topics including Texas Indians, historical figures, and landforms. Some students even dressed up!
The staff at Gray Elementary School will continue the tradition of hosting a Night at the Museum and will continue to teach students the importance of history and social studies.
