MacArthur High School Receives EAMD Grant for Summer Volleyball Program

MacArthur High School received an $8,825 grant from the East Aldine Management District (EAMD) to fund the campus’ summer volleyball program.

Assistant Principal Francis Nathan and Lynda Eastland, volleyball coach, wrote the grant application.

The EAMD was created by the Texas Legislature in June 2001. The District has implemented quality of life improvements in water and sewer, public safety, mobility, environmental design, parks and green space, marketing and public relations, economic development, and more.
