A quality education is one of the most powerful tools that exist globally; hence, it is the greatest gift any teacher could grant a child. A highly qualified educator is known for being productive in promoting educational growth. Curriculum based instruction should be exciting, and engaging to promote critical thinking skills. The professional bond between teacher and pupil is based on a mutual respect formed with understanding, patience, communication, tolerance, fairness, resolve, and love.
