Davis, MacArthur, Nimitz earn volleyball playoff berths

Aldine ISD will be well represented in the Class 6A State Volleyball Playoffs as three teams qualified for post-season play.

Davis High finished second in District 18-6A play, while Nimitz High finished in third place and MacArthur High finished in fourth place.

The Lady Generals, under the direction of head coach Lynda Eastland, will take on Cy-Fair on Monday, Nov. 3 at the Campbell Center beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The Lady Falcons, under the direction of head coach Sharice Gilbert, will take on Cy-Falls in bi-district action on Tuesday, Nov. 4 at M.O. Campbell Educational Center at 5:30 p.m.

The Lady Cougars, under the direction of head coach Karla Hamilton, will face Cy-Ranch also at the Campbell Center on Tuesday, Nov. 4 at 7 p.m.
Tickets to all three games are $5.
