Davis Falcons advance to third round of Class 6A playoffs

The Davis High Falcons will face Cy-Lakes in the Region III Quarterfinals on Tuesday, March 1 at the Berry Center in Cy-Fair ISD.

The Falcons, under the direction of head coach Cornelius Mitchell, advanced to the third round of the class 6A playoffs with a 60-54 win over Westside in the area round of the playoffs.

The game will begin at 7:30 p.m. and the winner will advance to the Region III Tournament, set for March 4-5 at the M.O. Campbell Educational Center.

Tickets are $5 for adults and students and District 18-6A, THSCA, TGCA and THSADA passes will be accepted.
