Aldine ISD to Provide Bus Service to Students Who are Returning to In-Person Learning on Oct. 20

As more and more Aldine ISD students return to their respective campuses for in-person learning beginning with the second nine-week instruction period on Oct. 20, Aldine ISD’s Transportation Department is working with campus principals to provide bus service for those students who request it.

Each student who is scheduled to receive bus service on Oct. 20 will receive bus route and bus stop information from their campus in the manner outlined:

• Current ‘Learn at School’ students will receive a letter on Oct. 14 or Oct. 15.
• Current ‘Learn at Home’ students will be contacted by their campuses before October Oct. 20.

Students who are eligible for transportation and would like bus service should reach out to their campus to request transportation services. The campus will process requests on behalf of the parents and students. Transportation services will begin following the schedule below:

If campus administrators requested transportation service Oct. 4-16, students would receive transportation services in the afternoon on Oct. 26.

Campus administrators who requested transportation service Oct. 17-23 will receive transportation in the afternoon of Nov. 2.

Campus administrators who requested transportation service Oct. 24-Oct. 30, students will receive transportation in the afternoon of Nov. 9.

Campus administrators who requested transportation service Oct. 31-Nov. 6, students will receive transportation in the afternoon of Nov. 16.

Campus administrators who requested transportation service Nov. 7-Nov. 13, students will receive transportation in the afternoon of Nov. 30.

Campus administrators who requested transportation service Nov. 14-Nov. 27, students will receive transportation in the afternoon of Dec. 7.

Campus administrators who requested transportation service Nov. 28-Dec. 4, students will receive transportation in the afternoon of Dec. 14.
