Harris County Launches A Digital Access Call Center For Aldine ISD Families

Harris County has created a special Digital Access Call Center for Aldine ISD students and families. Are you having problems accessing online learning or completing schoolwork in a digital environment? Aldine ISD and Harris County would like to hear from you. 

Students and families can utilize the after-hours call center to log any issue related to online learning. Below are some issues families can log:

  • Slow internet or unstable connection speeds in your area
  • Affordability of internet connection
  • Affordability of devices needed for virtual learning (Chromebooks, laptops, iPads)
  • Aldine ISD provided hardware/Chromebooks
  • Logging into Aldine ISD sites  
  • Uploading homework
  • Navigating the learning platform, Schoology
  • Identifying appropriate digital resources
  • Parent or guardian has fallen ill, child is unable to participate in online learning
  • Older siblings are taking care of younger siblings, child is unable to participate in online learning
  • Child has a disability or impairment that is making online learning difficult or not possible

  • Weekdays: 5 to 9 p.m.
  • Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
