Harris County Launches A Digital Access Call Center For Aldine ISD Families

Harris County has created a special Digital Access Call Center for Aldine ISD students and families. Are you having problems accessing online learning or completing schoolwork in a digital environment? Aldine ISD and Harris County would like to hear from you.
Students and families can utilize the after-hours call center to log any issue related to online learning. Below are some issues families can log:
- Slow internet or unstable connection speeds in your area
- Affordability of internet connection
- Affordability of devices needed for virtual learning (Chromebooks, laptops, iPads)
- Aldine ISD provided hardware/Chromebooks
- Logging into Aldine ISD sites
- Uploading homework
- Navigating the learning platform, Schoology
- Identifying appropriate digital resources
- Parent or guardian has fallen ill, child is unable to participate in online learning
- Older siblings are taking care of younger siblings, child is unable to participate in online learning
- Child has a disability or impairment that is making online learning difficult or not possible

- Weekdays: 5 to 9 p.m.
- Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
