EverPPE, AOK Tooling Donates 50,000 Masks to Aldine ISD

Houston-area businesses EverPPE and AOK Tooling teamed up to donate 50,000 masks to Aldine ISD. The masks will be distributed to AISD students, said Dr. Martha Escalante, the FACE Executive Director (Family and Community Engagement Department).

“We are very thankful to EverPPE and AOK Tooling for their generosity in providing face masks to our Aldine families,” Dr. Escalante said. “Their donations help our community stay safe and prevent the spread of COVID-19.”

Recently, Dr. Escalante and the FACE Department members delivered 400 masks to AISD students who live in the Garden City Apartments. Students living in the apartment complex attend Reece Academy, Anderson Academy, Houston Academy, and Carver High School.

Robin Luo, Director of Operations for EverPPE, said, and AOK Tool donated the 50,000 three-ply masks as a service to the Aldine community.

“The story is straightforward,” Luo said. “EverPPE is a Texas company. The owner lives in Katy. We have been a solid PPE provider with millions of high-quality masks nationwide. We have a mask manufacturing facility in Brookshire. When we team up with a big player like AOK Tool, we like to have our neighbors benefit first.”
