62nd Annual Aldine ISD FFA Livestock and Art Show Set Jan. 27-29

Despite COVID-19, the show will go on for Aldine ISD FFA (Future Farmers of America) and art students.

Angel Allen displays her grand champion steer Butterscotch from the 2020 Aldine ISD FFA Livestock and Art Show. This year’s event will take place Jan. 27-29 at the M.O. Campbell Educational Center.

The 62^nd annual FFA Livestock and Art show will be held Jan. 27-29 at the M.O. Campbell Educational Center.

Project judging will begin on Wednesday, Jan. 27, with poultry, lamb, and goat judging. On Thursday, Jan. 28, pig and steer/heifer judging will take place, and on Friday, Jan. 29, the horse show and the Sale of Champions will take place.

The Sale of Champions will be held in the MOC Arena, and social distancing guidelines will be in effect. Buyers can also take part virtually if they cannot attend in person. Buyers and parents will be seated in the west stands in the Arena for the Sale of Champions.

“We are taking every measure to ensure that the safety and health of all is our top priority,” said Franklin Higgins, Aldine ISD Director of Career and Technical Education.”
