District to Host Virtual Teacher Recruitment Expo on April 1

AISD is seeking talented, caring professionals to join its dedicated team.

Aldine will host a Virtual Teacher Recruitment Expo where teacher candidates can meet with a director of human resources virtually. Candidates will gain information about the district, the application and interview process, and how school principals can interview potential educators. Interested individuals need to register to attend the virtual expo on Thursday, April 1, 2021.

“We are looking for talented, amazing, caring teachers to challenge our students academically,” said Chief Human Resources Officer Javier Villarreal. “For a second year, the expo will be virtual. While we would love to meet our prospective teachers in person, safety is a priority during the pandemic. I also hope that the community and our current educators will help us recruit high-quality teachers. If they know of an ideal candidate, please encourage them to attend the expo and apply for a position.”

Teacher Candidates AISD is Looking to Hire

AISD is hiring teachers in various grade levels (PreK-12), special education teachers, English teachers, math teachers, science teachers, social studies teachers, career and technical education teachers, English as a second language (ESL) teachers, bilingual teachers, and more for the 2021-2022 school year.

Teacher candidates should complete an online application as soon as possible, visiting the Aldine ISD Human Resources webpage.
