FAQs

Each graduate will receive four tickets. Graduates will not need a ticket. The tickets are for family and friends.

There will not be assigned seats for this event. 

You do not need to turn these in if you don’t use all 4 tickets.

Information regarding ticket pick-up will be communicated by each campus. Should campuses have excess tickets, they will redistribute to students who request additional tickets. Each campus will do its best to accommodate requests, but tickets are limited. Campuses will share specific details about how and when additional tickets will be distributed should any become available.  

Parking at Thorne Stadium is free. 

There will be no concessions. No outside food is allowed into Thorne  Stadium. Water will be available at stations around the stadium. Graduates will have water made available to them at their stadium check-in location.

Guests may bring water bottles into the stadium. Noisemakers, i.e. air horns, cowbells, whistles are not allowed in Thorne Stadium. Additionally, balloons, flowers, gift bags and signs are not permitted inside the stadium.

Graduates must wear a cap and gown with appropriate clothing underneath.

Yes, all students and guests are required to wear a face mask.

Yes, families and friends are encouraged to watch the live stream if they do not have a ticket for entry to Thorne Stadium. The ceremonies will be live-streamed for free. The link will be available on the district website and communicated out via District and campus social media. 

Any ceremony that cannot occur during the scheduled time will be rescheduled. Any rescheduled graduation ceremony will be held on Sunday.

Each high school campus will send out information to parents and students regarding when and where district technology devices should be returned. 

Students will receive a diploma cover at the commencement ceremony. Each high school campus will send out information to parents and students regarding when the diplomas will be available for pick up at the campus.

Final transcripts can be requested by contacting the counselor or school registrar.
