Aldine ISD Named 2021 Beneficiary for Kroger Backpack Boosters

Aldine ISD students were chosen to benefit from Kroger’s annual school supply drive – Backpack Boosters.

School supplies are vital to every child’s academic progression and many families in our area have difficulties purchasing school supplies for their children. Aldine ISD Family and Community Engagement department works with community partners to ensure resources are shared with district students and families. 

Backpack Boosters provides school supply kits filled with the essential school supplies students need to start the school year off right. This year, Kroger’s goal is to assist more than 50,000 children across Texas and Louisiana with the tools they need for a successful school year.

Now through August 15, you can donate a school supply kit for $7, or simply donate $2, $5, or $10 dollars at the register in any Kroger store to help Aldine ISD students. This is your chance to make a difference in the lives of students and to help them maximize their learning potential.
