Campbell Center to Host Region 3 Girls and Boys Regional Tournaments

The M.O. Campbell Educational Center will host the Class 5A Region 3 girl’s and boys’ Regional Basketball Tournaments.

The Class 5A Region 3 girl’s tournament will be held Feb. 25-26.

Two semifinal games will be played on Friday, February 25, with the first game beginning at 6 p.m. followed by the nightcap at 8 p.m. In the first semifinal game, College Station will face Manvel, and the nightcap will feature Pflugerville Hendrickson against Beaumont United.

The championship game will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 26, with the winner advancing to the Class 6A State Basketball Tournament.

The boy’s Class 5A Region 3 tournament will be held March 4-5. The semifinal games will be held Friday, March 4, with the first game beginning at 6 p.m. and the nightcap following at 8 p.m.

The winners of those two games will meet in the Region 3 championship game on Saturday, March 6, at 2 p.m.
