MacArthur Boys’, Girls’ Soccer Teams Advance to Area Round of Playoffs

The MacArthur High School boys and girls soccer teams have advanced to the area round of the Class 6A state soccer playoffs.

The MacArthur Generals will face Tomball on Tuesday, March 29 at 7 p.m. in Thorne Stadium. Coach Salvador Fernandez’s team advanced to the area round by defeating College Park 3-2 in bi-district.

The MacArthur Lady Generals will face Cypress Ranch also on Tuesday, March 29 at 5:30 p.m. at the Berry Center in Cy-Fair ISD. Coach Saúl Zamora’s team advanced to the area round by defeating Willis 2-1 in bi-district.
