FACE to Host Back-To-School Expo Event for Aldine ISD Families

With the new school year coming up in a few short weeks, Aldine Independent School District’s Family and Community Engagement Department (FACE) will host its 7th Annual Back-to-School Expo on Saturday, August 6, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the M.O. Campbell Educational Center, 1865 Aldine Bender Rd. FACE encourages all families in Aldine ISD, with children in prekindergarten to high school, to come out to this FREE event. This year’s expo will be drive-thru style and will be handing out school supplies and backpacks while supplies last. Be sure to get out to the expo early, and take advantage of this great event FACE has put together to help all the Aldine families. Here are a few details to note about the drive-thru event.

• Families should enter through the Aldine Meadows Rd. entrance behind Thorne Stadium and be mindful of signs and volunteers directing traffic.
