MacArthur Volleyball Player Jessika Martínez Named to GHVCA Pre-Season Team

MacArthur High School sophomore volleyball player Jessika Martínez has been named to the Greater Houston Volleyball Coaches Association Pre-Season Team.

Martínez is an outside/middle hitter for head coach Lynda Eastland’s team.

“Jessika Martínez is a sophomore that has an impeccable knowledge of volleyball,” Eastland said. “Jessika is very athletic and a fundamentally sound athlete. She is dedicated and a hard worker. She works extremely hard on and off the court to get better, stronger, and faster. Jessika has the head of a student-athlete. She is currently leading District 14-6A in kills and hitting percentage.”
