District to Host Inaugural Fun Day in the Park for Families of Students With Autism

Mark your calendars for April 22! The fun-filled event will offer resources to help support and empower families.


Aldine ISD is hosting its inaugural Fun Day in the Park later this month. The district invites the community t0 to join us at the 2-hour event filled with fun activities and empowering information for families of students with autism in Grades PreK-12.

What Families Can Expect

  • Food trucks will be available to purchase lunch
  • A variety of activities, including a quiet sensory area, hands-on sensory activities
  • Games and crafts for all ages
  • Resources to help support and empower families with autism.

The Aldine ISD Special Education Department has organized the event.
