“Believe it or not, I still get nervous, which is still a hurdle for me.” When asked about the challenges of being a Broadway actor. “The preparation behind approaching a role and figuring out who you think that character is and how that character fits into the story. The character is who I want it to be.” Drawing inspiration from people Hogan has met throughout his life journey is a practice as it helps bring life to the. “If there is somebody in my life that I think the character relates to, I’ll pull characteristics of what I like from their quality from that person, which is helpful for me to get into character.”
