Students for Vardeman Primary School kicked off the 9th annual Aldine ISD Physical Education Show on May 6.

Drumming, dancing, tennis, teamwork, and much more were displayed on Monday, May 6, at the M.O. Campbell Education Center during the 9th annual Aldine ISD Physical Education Show. Thirteen Aldine ISD campuses exhibited various activities promoting physical activity as essential to being a healthy, lifelong learner.

More than 600 students, proud family members, teachers, and Aldine Executive Leadership members showed their support for the hard work the teachers and students put into their performances.

The district’s youngest performers at Vardeman EC/PreK/K School started the night with activity stations, followed by the Conley Cougars cheer team and LADS step team, and the evening concluded with a show-stopping performance by students from García Middle School.

“The Physical Education Show could not happen without the support of the Athletics Department and the incredible physical education teachers who work with the students each day, showing them the positive impact physical activity has on health,” said Kenneth Hernández, Aldine ISD’s coordinator of health and physical education.

The 10th Annual Physical Education Show is scheduled for Monday, May 5, 2025.
