Some photos from the Young Women’s Leadership Academy production of the One-Act Play “The Girl in the Mirror” on Wednesday night, Feb. 4, 2026, in the YWLA cafetorium. The YWLA cast and crew earned the UIL district championship trophy, in addition to earning these individual honors: Jessica Bhola, Best Performer; Madalynn Cruz, All-Star Acting Award; Lauren Rodriguez, Honorable Mention Acting Award; Yancy Lemus Buendias, Best Technician; and Karla Contreras, Cheyenne Boone, Gabriella Lewis, and Yancy Lemus Buendias, Best Technician Crew.
