One of Aldine ISD’s campus teachers of the year who will be honored at the [icons icon_name=”icon-external-link” icon_size=”14px”] Teacher of the Year Breakfast on March 7, 2014.

When asked about her teaching philosophy, she responded:

My philosophy of teaching is quite simple. I believe that the root of learning begins with relationships. I want my students to come into my classroom everyday feeling confident about themselves. I love listening to my students because it definitely makes it easier for me to deposit meaningful knowledge into their minds. Great teaching is to inspire our students to believe in themselves and inspire them to love to learn.
