Shiney Hiney Diaper Pantry Donates to Hall Success Academy Families
A few students at Hall Success Academy recently received a generous donation. The student-parents were the recipients of a heartwarming donation of diapers and baby supplies. This gesture not only eased their financial burden but also provided them with a sense of community and support. This generous act was made possible by the Shiney Hiney Diaper Pantry, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting families in need.
The Shiney Hiney Diaper Pantry, located in Spring, partners with local social service agencies to educate and provide diapers to low-income families, while fostering awareness of the basic health needs that diapers fulfill. The organization serves teenage parents, pregnant teens, families experiencing homelessness, new mothers, and children up to age 3.
“When we help a struggling parent, we’re not just handing out diapers,” said founder Tiawona Osborne-Davis. “We’re providing support, building relationships, and spreading joy. We’re making a difference in the lives of families who need it most.”
On Thursday, September 11, the community came together as Shiney Hiney delivered diapers and other necessities to Hall Success Academy, Aldine ISD’s specialized campus that includes student-parents. Aldine ISD Board Trustee Connie Esparza, along with other dedicated community members, helped coordinate the effort, continuing the relationship the organization has fostered with the school since 2022. The donation benefited nine student-parents at the campus.
Hall Success Academy Principal Tammie Moran expressed her gratitude.
“The generosity of Shiney Hiney and Ms. Osborne-Davis helps ensure our students can stay focused on their education while knowing their babies are cared for,” she said.

Others who attended the event included Assistant Principal Alfiee Wheatfall and members of the Shiney Hiney Diaper Pantry team.
By helping keep little ones clean and comfortable, Shiney Hiney provides families with stability during tough times while reminding parents that their community cares deeply for them and their children.
