Partners of Excellence
Partners of Excellence: Aldine ISD’s Faith-Based Advisory Group
The Partners of Excellence is a collaboration between faith-based organizations and Aldine ISD. Through the organization, the school district, pastors, ministers, and religious organizations are able to work together to develop strategies, initiatives, and programs that are designed to positively impact student achievement.
Partners of Excellence members are encouraged to volunteer at schools, support current district initiatives and serve as mentors for students. Several local congregations have adopted campuses to provide direct support to students, teachers, and school leaders.
Three meetings are held each school year to allow for networking and brainstorming. The meetings are also an opportunity for district leaders to provide up-to-date information and answer any questions faith-based leaders may have.
