Impact Leadership Academy, an Aldine ISD Choice School, serves boys in grades 1–8, offering a unique all-boys environment where students build character through service projects, achieve academic excellence with dedicated faculty, and develop leadership through hands-on activities — preparing them for long-term success.

At Impact, students take an active role in their learning and leadership journey.

Through a partnership with Prairie View A&M University, students gain mentorship from university faculty, early access to college-level workshops, and participation in hands-on learning experiences. The partnership also supports the academy’s entrepreneurship program by providing students with real-world business challenges, opportunities to pitch ideas, and coaching to help them grow as confident innovators.

“When students can see themselves as leaders from an early age, it changes what they believe is possible,” said Superintendent Dr. LaTonya M. Goffney. “At Impact Leadership Academy, our young men are building confidence, character, and vision — that’s the power of #AldineStory.”

A School Where Opportunity Comes to Life

These experiences foster confidence, broaden interests, and help students envision success in diverse future paths.

Designed With Boys in Mind

Mentorship, leadership development, and brotherhood empower students to own their learning and future.

A Choice That Extends Beyond District Boundaries

Impact Leadership Academy welcomes families both inside and outside Aldine ISD. Out-of-district families can apply, but must provide transportation.
